Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

All our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if:
-The item is damaged
-The item is defective
-You received the wrong product
-There is a printing error

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
-Your order number
-Clear photos of the product
-Description of the issue

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your issue is reviewed and approved:
-A replacement will be sent at no extra cost, OR
-A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
-Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:
-Wrong size selected
-Change of mind

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
-Buyer’s remorse
-Incorrect size selection
-Orders placed with wrong shipping details

Late or Missing Refunds

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your card provider (processing delays can occur)
3. Contact your bank
